Ridiculous service!!!

Iwyze is really a terrible insurance. To even think that when i switched from my previous insurance i informed the consultant that the main reason was that they were never reachable and also increasing their premiums without me making a claim. Now they are the ones that are not reachable. i have requested a call back multiple times on their website, i have sent emails to their customer care email and was informed of a TAT of 2 business days but to this date they have not called me back. Good thing is that my email stated that the reason i asked for a call back was for cancellation to prove that they are the ones that are not reliable. Today i get a message that i have reversed a premium and to avoid legal action i should call them. WELL CALLED AND THEY STILL NOT REACHABLE. even my new insurance tried to connect me to them and still nothing. Bring your legal action on and you i will deal with you and your ridiculous insurance. i suggest that if anyone wants an insurance, stay away from these guys. imagine if i wanted to report an accident. I'd still be stuck with no help.
