Ridiculous Insurance with assessors that fail to take the full statement.

This is by far the worst insurance experience ever. If you know what’s good for you. Cancel that thing and look for an insurance that will give you peace of mind and that will protect you under unforeseen circumstances. It took 2 months to know that I was rejected and the reason is as follows “ The incident driver did not wait for the truck to pass before turning left. She changed lanes without checking if it is safe to do so and the truck collided into her vehicle”. They never cared about reasons why I turned left and my safety in the area. The assessor did not even take full statement judging from the outcome of the claim. I’m disappointed that I’ve been paying them so much money and today my BMW is as if it was never covered. Okay far from this instance because an accident is only an accident when 3rd party is the wrong one.
