Ridiculous Customer service

This company is ridiculous... I was a loyal customer for three years and never claimed once and they refused to pay me out my cash back bonus. According to them road side assistance is regarded as a claim where with most other decent insurance providers this is a value added service. I locked my keys in my car and they sent a lock smith to open it and now I must wait a whole year for my cash bash back...complete nonsense!!!
