Return my calls OR

I have been requesting for a call for a long time now. I think i will have to my car insurance and move to another provider. One simple call , one call. I tried calling you guys and i was number 24 on the line. There was just no way i was gonna wait for 30+ minutes on the call just to beg you guys to run your debit order. This is the first month and already i feel like changing insurance. I need this to be sorted as soon as possible.
