Repudiated claim after accident

I was in an accident in September 2022 an incident that as a result my car was a write off. They wrote a letter indicating that they have done assessments and based on the merits of the investigation they would claim from 3rd party then they called Nedbank requesting natis copy to settle my car. 2 days later they repudiated my claim based on the settlement amount and used every excuse in the book to reject my claim. They brought the car back to me in its state. I urge everyone to cancel this insurance. The car was hit on the driver's side indicating I was not at fault they refused to pay. It's the most appalling insurance in South Africa! I even went through their ombudsman process for a year with no reply or investigation on the matter not even contact and they came back with the same outcome!
