Repair process

Insured my vehicle with Iwyze cause wanted to have piece of mind incase something happens to my car but now is totally opposite was involved accident in Aug 2021 the claim was approved but up until to date my vehicle is still in for repair almost 30days after claim approved with no ETA having calling Iwyze every week to assist up until to date till to date they unable to resolve To make matters worse they the one who instructed me to take my car there but now they can't assit.
