******** Rejection of Claim by iWYZE

iWYZE has rejected my claim based on "speed and negligence". My son was driving on the far right when a Range Rover changed lanes, passing the middle car in the middle lane and directly to my son's lane. iWYZE requested for a Tracker report which clearly states that the vehicle was driven at 81km/hr at the time of impact. Their report from their specialist says the vehicle was driven at 131 km/hr. When we requested for a copy of this since it would have been impossible to drive that fast., they can't share the report. My son was driving home from work and is quite fami**** with this road, whick is practically down the road from his work place. The assessor is practically trying to improve his rejection rate by using speed and negligence as the reason for rejecting this claim. What caused the accident? - what are the legal principles? Would the collusion have occurred had it not been for the Range Rover? Mr Bervin Hammond, the assessor, needs to apply the Law of Collision and the policy terms as they are to correctly assess liability - it is just a question of confirming internalky with the Third Party Claims department. I have 3 vehicles covered with iWYZE and am quite disappointed with the level of competence displayed. Working for an Ombud Service myself, this is shockingly unjust to the consumer.
