Rejection \no Damages to lock"but lock was broken"""
In the night of 22.03.2015 ********* broke into my garage and stole my scooter car parts.
I claimed the damages from iwyze and Mr Rassie Erasmus was appointed assessor.
When he came to my house I adviced him not to enter my yard without me present because I have a guard dog.
He ignored me and sadly got bitten. I offered medical assistance and damage Compensation.
Mr Erasmus told me that everything is in order and never indicated any doubt that my claim would be unsuccessful in any way.
I was shocked to read that my claim was rejected based on \no signs of forced entry!"Because my lock was broken in pieces.

The insurance of the Body corporate (separate to iwyze) acknowledged the damage and approved the repairs on the garage lock!!!

My confusion is that one insurance acknowledges the damage and approved where as the other (iwyze) claims \""no signs of forced entry = no damage to the lock\"".

I aledge that Mr Erasmus was angry for the fact that he got bitten and saw this opportunity to get back to me.
I am now in the process of getting an independent damage report to proof that a broken lock is a sign of forced entry!"""
