Rejected, limited details

After weeks of being investigated my claim is reject. I asked the person who investigated for details as to why it was rejected, and only limited information was provided. he went on to say if i need to know certain information i should then take the matter further . Meaning i should involve a third party if i need to know specific details. How does this work????? I asked if he can show me where and when the “accident “ occurred, he said that information will “not be disclosed “ only if the matter is taken further. Im now being charged with dishonesty but my beacons and billing as well as my tracker report proves my exact times and location. This rejection is based solely on “data retrieved from the car”, all other information which proved my honesty were considered “null and void” as he said. Why is only one factor considered and not all provided information?

Reviewer Update

This morning I received a call from my tracker, notifying me that my vehicle battery has been disconnected. This is very concerning mainly because my claim was rejected and throughout the investigation the battery was never disconnected. Im starting to believe my car is being tampered with and the person dealing with my case Mr Duncan Ngcobo is making it difficult to know what’s happening as he is not answering my calls. Im supposed to get my car back on Monday why are parts of it being disconnected instead of putting them back in place?

I also requested the rejection letter with supporting evidence, I'm told supporting evidence will be made available when I involve a third party. Even with the third party involved, how am I supposed to proceed if they don't even have the rejection letter? One of your consultants confirmed that a rejection is made available on the system shortly upon the decision being taken. Why is the investigator making me wait till Monday?

An EDR consent form was sent to me yesterday 8/8/19 to sign and return, and whilst speaking to the investigator, i was made aware that they had already concluded the outcome of my claim and were just waiting for me to sign the consent form. By law, the EDR should not have been conducted up until i had signed and returned the form.He sent the form at 11.29am and by 14:37 he called to tell me their decision.

Since he started with the investigation, he made it clear to me that theres a high chance of my claim being rejected.Making remarks such as “theres a 90% chance we are going to reject your claim”. From all the hints and remarks he passed on about my claim I gathered from the moment we spoke he had already concluded the outcome.

Duncan Ngcobo is making it difficult to understand reasons for my claim being rejected and not to mention how I struggled to get hold of him throughout this investigation and how I'm struggling right now. I need answers about the disconnection of my battery and all relevant documents regarding this claim.

There is a whole wrong with the way my claim was/is being handled. My phone conversations should be listened to, particularly the ones involving the EDR.I need answers.
