REJECTED CLAIM: iWyze

Hellopeter I feel so hopeless, iWyze continues to make sure that it frustrates me. Can iWyze respect their customers and service their clients with integrity, and stop advising us to go to Ombards man instead of addressing our problems. I would wish that iWyze would respond to all the emails I sent and not selectively responding to what the choose to respond to. Mr Duncan Ncqobo; the person who rejected my claim, doesn't respond to me anymore, and have been given someone else to respond to questions I ask about my conversation with Mr Ncqobo and his rejection letter, WHAT A CONFUSION FOR ME! After rejecting my claim, they cancel my policy without my concern, WHY? IS THAT HOW THEY OPERATE! I'M SO FRASTRATED! PLEASE ASSIST!
