Rejected claim

Iwyze is becoming a ****, I made a claim under home contents, I was claiming for the washing machine that stopped working while I was doing the washing. I was told to appoint my own assessor of which I did. It cost me R1500 for the assessor to compile a demage report. I sent the report and they rejected the claim, before I even forget they rejected the claim saying it's incomplete, they even called the assessor to get more information because they were not satisfied about the first report. After that they rejected my claim. I forfeited my R1500 just like that and I'm left with a broken washing machine.
