Rejected claim

My claim was rejected because they say my husband drives the car more than me..we are husband and wife and we cannot count or put 2 regular drivers on the insurance...as a loyal paying client I feel insulted and not valued..I called them after the accident happened and asked about y they never took the car from the storage they never rep**** now thy rejected my claim and I still have to pay R22000 immediately because of them..iwyze doesn’t consider the well-being of their clients and anybody who joins them is in for a ride..they say my policy never existed according to their findings and will refund all my premiums to date nothing has happened..I’m still paying my monthly car installment now I must pay for storage fees and the car is a write off I feel soo lost
