Registered ********* in ties

They refused to fix my car, I've written back to them for a review of the rejected claim it's been a month now I haven't got a response from them. They stated that they canceling the cover but they still took money from my account, they don't even answer my calls they just giving me more proof that they're registered *********. I'm taking this to the lawyers cause now I'm fixing the car with my own money but I will make them pay for all the stress the caused me and my family plus all the money I'm spending to go up and down dealing with this whole case
