Refusal to repair some damages resulting from the accident

Firstly, the refusal to use original parts for my vehicle's repair is concerning. As a policyholder, I expect repairs to meet the original standards.

Additionally, I am troubled by the decision to repair only one of the two damaged tires from the accident. Both tires were affected, and it seems logical they should be addressed together.

Furthermore, the denial to repair parts potentially impacted by the accident due to their location is perplexing. Given the comprehensive annual assessments conducted by your company, there should be a clear understanding of my vehicle's condition before the incident.

The struggle to get through to the responsible party to resolve this matter is also concerning cause the insurance is involved, the towing company is involved, the assessors are involved and the panel beaters are involved but none of them seem to know how to best deal wit the situations.

All in all I will be lucky if the repairs are fully done. I might have to do the repairs myself regardless of the damages being a result of the accident. I will try my best to fight through this to resolve this yet as giving up is the last resort.

I can assure you I am in the market for a new insurance after this whole mess is over.
