Refund required

I've made changes on my insurance 2 weeks ago when I bought a new car. Iwize was quick to deduct the pro rata amount R631 for the new car. After 3 calls to the call centre and agents telling me they will phone me back, I still haven't received any refund for my previous car. I requested on the day I updated my insurance that the breakdown of my insurance should be emailed to me. Nothing was send, this resulted in me having to sit at the car dealership for an hour waiting for proof of insurance. I'm highly disappointed in the service and urgency from iwize. I have mailed my complaint to them, no response yet.
