Refund on canceled car insurance

I cancelled my car insurance with iWyze on the 12/06/2020 they informed me that the debit order for the 15/06/2020 has already been scheduled and that they will do an refund

The iwyze agent told me that the refund will be processed in 5 days and should take up to ten days after that to reflect

On the 27/06/2020 i called them again and they confirmed that my refund has been approved and should reflect within 10 days

I futher email them no one answered my email... I still have not recieved my refund... HORRIBLE service this compamy provides
