Refund for less than 24 of coverage denied without reason

I cancelled my policy, they refused to refund me, when I asked for a refund they said I was informed of the terms and conditions, when I asked for the call recorded, I was then informed that the terms were not mentioned on the call but they did send me documents, documents I never reciprocal, when I told the lady I spoke to about it, she kept telling me that she is doing what she is supposed to do.
