Refund for a canceled car insurance policy

I called iwyze on the 13 October 2023 it was on a Friday, I spoke to Tesh .I canceled my policy because I was not happy with their service. She canceled it and told me that they have already sent a deduction request to my bank account. They will refund when it reflects on their account, but they will deduct R400 administration fee. yesterday I called to check on how far with the refund and I am told there will be no refund 🙃. Tesh said our call was recorded for quality and security purposes, it can be made available on request. She promised me refund on recorded call and now the iwyze is changing and saying no refund. Please help me get my money back
