Refund for 17 months was not paid full by IWYZE

Policy No: *** IWYZE was supposed to refund me R4450x17 months but only refunded me R66 389,77. They do not pay out when you are blacklisted but continued to deduct premiums which included premiums for dents and scratches When I queried why I was not refunded for the full 17 months, they abruptly responded and told me that the matter has been settled om their end and the refund is correct.
