Refund delay on my money and horrible service

Still waiting on my refund after countless efforts with IWyze, they initially told me the refund was 7 working days, i called again then someone said 10 working days now they sent another messenge telling me that i should wait another additional 7 working days… so initially i pay month to month without any delay but when i have to get my refund it has so many delays. I have sent emails and I have called this company on-top of their bad service they will deduct R450 from my money. I can’t be made to run around like this for my money. I have never had such service from a company before
