Thanks a million to Saneliswe Dlamini who, after a long frustrating journey, resolved and closed my refund query. Her phone etiquette and professionalism is beyond- she updated me on every little progress (big or small, positive or negative), right until the end. She kept calm and collected even when my misdirected frustrations towards her seemed a little bit too much.
