Received a call from Iwyze today, i included my new hearing aids and was approved and amount which was amended into my new policy yesterday

Received a call from Iwyze today, i included my new hearing aids and was approved and amount which was amended into my new policy yesterday. So today a consultant called me to tell me that they made a mistake and collectively included my hearing aids together and not separately and now there's new increased premiums. I was not happy after having an approved amended policy been agreed
