Reap offs. Poor service ****mers
What a horrible company. My mom had building insurance with iwyze. Firstly they took 3 months to finalize the claim. Never once contacted my mom to inform her of her claim. Sent two assessors, resent the first assessor to reassess because we were now quering the silence. Only for them to come back after 3 months to say they reject the claim, the damage is from poor maintenance. AFTER 3 MONTHS.
