"R1750 if you have been claim free with the same insurer for 3 years"

I did a quotation with iWyze on 13/01/2021 based on their advert where they promised to "pay" R 1750 if they can't beat my current insurance offering and have been claim free with the same insurer for 3 years. So their quote, comparing apples with apples, turned out more expensive than my current insurer's. In a nutshell, iWyze could not match or beat your current car insurance quote or premium. I had sent all supporting documentation they requested as per their terms and conditions to ***. I had sent: my current policy schedule (not older than 30 days) within 30 days of receiving the quote from us; and a claims history letter (not older than two days from the date of submission and reflecting any accidents, incidents or losses whether claimed for or not). I feel like i have been taken for a ride!
