Quotation inconstancy
I got an online quote which I was told it's as accurate as talking to s consultant, the household content and car insurance was cheaper online because of 10% discount, to finalize my cover I was referred to a consultant who gave me a higher quotation with only 5% discount, now my quote is higher, was told to take the cover abs change at a later stage but I am skeptical this won't be changed, I want my online quote back or a proper explanation not what the consultants are telling me because it doesn't make sense
