QUERIES UNRESOLVED

I logged a claim on 3.1.2018 for R18 000. Two weeks later I was paid R824.00. After another 2 weeks of phone calls, begins, emails, my claim was reviewed. R193.00 will be paid to me on 9.2.2018. The staff doesn't know how to do recons, they have no idea why these small amounts was paid. Nobody ever gets back to you, you have to constantly phone with no avail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Never experience such unprofessional service, but when it comes to yourself making your payments!!!! Pathetic service delivery!!
