I’m currently fed up with Old Mutual. I took a life policy in 2020 to my shocking discovery I was given Accidental death cover which is definitely not what I wanted. It’s been over a week trying to reach them to get the phone call recording and I am being moved from pillar to post. Asked to cancel and get my money back they still refused. Asked for the cover to be changed to include natural causes of death they still refused. Come debit date they will gladly take the money. I’m so fed up with Old Mutual
