Promotion **** gone wrong!!!

I entered the claim competition only to be rejected and the reason being, as the guy said it, “You see if u birthday in september, ur birthday hasn’t reached so you don’t qualify”. What kind of explanation is that? September cover was paid in august. As the previous year’s October was paid in September. It has been a whole year and the reasoning for declining is absurd.

As soon as I saw that advert, I thought I iwyze was coming up from the ashes and competitions with big guns in the industry for a share but I see they just copied a great approach from a great insurer, being Outsurance, but couldn’t action the whole thing proper. Actually, they did action it proper because it was a **** to get people information and tell you to try again next year.

They need to contact Outsurance and ask about their easy process and how to properly do such marketing. Not their endless requests of many paperwork and then come back to decline you.

From the reviews I can clearly see that iwyze is still a Mickey Mouse playroom that need to grow, with this approach doubt it will.

I submitted proper documents with proper dates and they just needed a loophole that didn’t even exist.

STAY AWAY FROM IWYZE AND THEIR **** PROMOTIONS, YOU GONNA LEARN THE HARD WAY. GO SEE OTHER REVIEWS IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE!!!
