Promotion is a ****
I requested a quote as they are running promotion for R1750. Telephonically their quote was higher and I provided the required docs and to my surprise, they adjusted their quote with R20 less than mine however their excess is R4500(mine is R3000), their glass excess is R950(mine is R550) and lastly, I have R25000 accidental death cover of which they don't have. My argument is, like for like you failed to beat my current insurance so I expect you to pay as per your terms and conditions.
