Promised not Honoured

I have called iwyze for a quote to bit my current insurer and if they can't beat it to pay me 1750,guess what they not willing to pay me as my current excess is 1000 and they can only offer me 3000 excess there terms and condition they have send was below. The consultant that i just spoke with now was very rude he even told me that even if i go to hello peter i won't be assisted

• We will further try to match/better the following elements of the cover you have with your current insurer, subject to the product and underwriting specifications of the iWYZE product: o claim excess amount(s); and o cover selected, including additional and/or optional cover e.g. car hire, credit shortfall, specified accessories, SASRIA etc. but excluding cashback benefits.
