Promise not delivered

Old Mutual told me my claim was approved olny to find that some of the major parts were not fixed when I collected my car at the workshop, when I called to ask what’s happening they told me that it was not part of the incident, I had to pay cash whereas I paid R15550 for access, they only painted the car the steering was upside down, it was not in a good condition, am very disappointed with the Old Mutual, i had to go through some financial difficulties because of Old Mutual, I wouldn’t advise someone to get a insurance with Old Mutual insurance.
