My premium went up without anyone notifying me. I tried requesting a call back from your site however that doesn't seem to work. I then had to call your call center to wait 10min before someone picked up, I asked the consultant to call me back but he refused. I asked to speak to a manager which he made me wait 5min before dropping the call. Absolutely frustrated with the level of service received.
