I am disgusted by the ********* conduct this insurance company handles they validations At sales stage we are asked if we give consent for our ITC to get checked only for them to turnish our names.

I took a policy last year in October and cancelled it immediately as I got a better cover elsewhere now I am being listed as someone who doesn’t honour they commitments, I am disgusted by the fact they don’t disclose that when cancelling a policy with them they will list you on ITC , this is utter nonsense and ********* practice how can an insurance company list you on ITC where as this is a monthly contract even worse my policy didn’t even start with you

I called your call centre to request a letter to clear my name and the only thing that they provided me is a cancellation letter

How does a cancellation letter clear my name , this is blocking me from applying to other service provider, REMOVE AND CLEAR MY NAME FROM TRANS UNION!!!!!!
