Today I have received the response from Iwyze through Ombudsman BUT the information on the letter which is the personal information belongs to the guy in Durban and i am in Gauteng ...

1st Question is our information safe with Iwyze? 2nd Question how possible that I have someone personal information in their response letter ?

I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS TO INFORMATION REGULATOR BECAUSE I CALLED THE PERSON AND HE WAS FUMMING AS TO WHERE DID I GET HIS INFORMATION.
