Worse experience..would advise people not to use this insurance company..no communication skills...they dnt give u feedback on time nor do they update you on the status of your claim....the claims manager is never available nor are the team leaders....worse claim.agent...thamsanqa.ndaba.. please get more skilled workers in the team otherwise you will loose customers
