Poor,Horrible and Bad Service

done a quote with one of the consultant for life cover was told to provide my full details including banking details for system to generate quote as their quote is system generated by end of the month my account got debited and was unable to reverse neither do my bank

I called Iwyze immediately was told to contact bank for quick reversal as their take 14 days it was in march till to date iam sent from pillar to post and now I escalated to Ombuds for relief as internally they unprofessional and never respond to emails and calls
