Poor validation and assessment by Trenton Schubert and Adriaan Odendaal

I can not say Iwyze its a ****, but their validation or assessment team(Trenton Schubert and Adriaan Odendaal) are ***********, and prematurely rush to the conclusions of claims without verifying facts with the aim of destroying the good reputation of our insurance company or lazy to the work they are paid for . .My car was ******, and it was discovered that the network of the tracking device was poor during the time of theft as such the tracking company was not able to locate the vehicle which might be caused by load sheding or ********s being more technologicaly sophisticated and they rushed in declining the claim t.Aftrer few weeks the tracking company manged to locate the positing of the car but the claim was already declined and the car was recovered across the borders of the RSA by the same tracking company which they were claiming the device was not working.

Because the same tracking company managed to find the vehicle that nullified their reason to reject the claim.And I notified the mentioned assessors about the new development and they sad I must make my own arrangement to bring the car ba k into the republic at my own cost. I suggest that this two individuals should investigated thoroughly by our insurance to determine their intention because This kind of incompetence will negatively dent reputation our good insurance (Iwyze) as we speak my car is dusting in Mozambique I can afford to bring it back while I was paying my premiums every months.
