POOR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Since the last review and response from IWYZE, my problem until today has not been resolved. I am so disappointed with the level of service offered by IWYZE and would not even recommend it to my worst enemy, It takes them 3weeks to respond to emails and still when they respond to your query they leave you with unanswered questions, you call their line is always not perfect where it becomes difficult to hear the person on the other side of the line. Wrong choice I have ever made in my life. I still say it I regret the years I spent paying for nothing.
