Poor show Iwyze

My car was towed to the approved vendor after an accident and while it was in holding during the review process, items were removed (rather ripped) from the car and the car was really badly damaged inside, dashboard etc. The claim was rejected and now we have a car that is damaged/vandalised more than it was from the accident damage. The problem is trying to get an answer. No response from Iwyze. As the insurer they should be telling me what the next step is and how I will be compensated for these damages. I am trying to sell the car but now it has lost even more value due to this vandalism.
