Poor services
I’ve got 50km radius free tow according to the terms on the business insurance policy, I got charged for an additional towing service fee even though my vehicle was within the 50km radius’s.
I have asked the my driver to ask the tow truck drive where was his starting point , from his starting point to where the vehicle got stuck was +-15km then from where the vehicle got stuck to the destination is +-12km which is still within the 50km range.
