Poor Services
Iwyze lacks the ability to help customers they way they are supposed to, it took a month to get my claim approved and no one contacted me until I took action by contacting them. One would assume if I had kept quiet they would of done the same thing and I would probably still be waiting for my claim to be approved.

13 Jun 2018, 11:27As it is I was supposed to be contacted this past Monday for an update on my claim with the panel beater but silence. I had to fight the war against my panel beater without the help of my insurer, one begs to think why am I paying such high premiums for poor services.
