Poor Services

Good Day I would like to complain regards Iwyze. I submit a Windscreen Claim on behalf of a Iwyze client on Friday 28 MAY 2021. Iwyze did not even have the decency to inform us let they only deal with Autoboys. They phone my client and inform him and also go direct to Autoboys and give the work to them. And we also do Windscreen Claims we are on the Glass Trader and as far as I am aware sins 1 June 2021 the insurance companies have now right to refuse claims from any company due to the covid there is limitted work for Windscreens most companies closed now Insurance companies like Iwyze take work out of peoples hands that is to take food out off someones mouth. I spent over R300 on endless calls and email with no response from Iwyze. All that they say while you on the line is hold for me. Then after more than 7 mins at a time you on the line with the consultant they put the phone down in your ear. This is poor services I also did have a life insurance with them and was think to renew it but after this incident I will recommended NO ONE to Iwyze. Due to the services I received from them sins Friday 28 May 2021.
