Poor service with Iwyze old mutual insurance

My experience with Iwyze insurance is hurting ,this Is my second review with the same insurance they don’t care about clients more especially at complaints department I’m stuck my bumper was ****** and I reported that to them and they are not taking me serious I don’t know what to do, they told me that they are still investigating this matter .my claim was handled by two people I why I don’t know Mybe they didn’t trust the person who was dealing with my claim. I fail to understand why they did that really. I need those parts and they are delaying my life i am hurt . What are they investigating whilst they know that they also took pictures when the assessments were done. I need help please assist
