Poor Service regarding Claim

What can I say......TERRIBLE service and don't care about their clients. My son was in an accident in Lindley in the Free State at the beginning of Aug 2022. He is still stranded as IWYZE doesn't bother to get back to me regarding the claim. I've send 6 to 8 e-mail which we all ignored. I've made 20 call asking that the consultant please phone me back, all ignored. And reading through all the complaints on Hellopeter it seems they don't care as none of the complaints gets attended to. How do IWYZE expect that new clients will be referred to them. If there is any one at IWYZE that care to answer me I will really appreciate it. After all I do think they are all paid to do a job and they a not a charity origination. Come let's see who from Iwyze will take up the challenge.....
