Poor Service - Lester

I wanted to cancel my cover with iWYZE, however I spoke to a wonderful lady who was willing to assist. Before we got disconnected I was NOT thinking of cancelling my cover anymore with iWYZE, because of the premium was around R1800 which was similar to the other insurance I was going for.

Then I called back again and I spoke to Lester, one of your consultant who thinks he is the CEO of iWYZE. He was not willing to assist at all and I felt like I was even bothering him. He was so eagerly willing to get rid of me over the phone.

Consultants like him must understand that we work hard for our money and we will not tolerate such nonsense or bad service.

iWYZE, please invest in educating consultants such as this guy. To understand the value of client services. You will lose more client because of his ego.
