Poor service: Iwyze insurence

Poor service from Iwyze I contacted them telephoncally to lodge a claim for a tyre and the consultants they hang up my calls and when I contacted the again they put me through to the main menu not to direct Department. I am really disappointed with iwyze. Since I contacted them from 8:00. I am in need for spare tyre
