Poor Service IWYZE

I have been insured with Iwyze since 2018. I was hijacked on 15 May 2023 but the car recovered 4 hours later with "minor"damages. Until today they still have my car with end in sight. No one know when will car read, no SLA with their service provider into turn around time. No response from their customer complaints (probably unmanned auto reply).

I find them very unhelpful with poor response
