POOR SERVICE FROM IWYZE INSURANCE

Good Day . I want to complain about iWyze. I didn't claim since one year and a few months then recently I asked to claim for my TV because my tv had technical problems. The process was successful and they promised to deliver the TV within 48 hours . Its been 5 days without hearing from them and when I try to reach them their telephone number keeps me on hold until my airtime runs out. This Insurance has poor and crude service. I've been a loyal customer for a while and this is how they repay me?
