Poor service

Iwyze it's a **** its painful how we trust this insurance companies but when you have a problem they are siting in their offices sending you from piller to post asking you one question more than two weeks. The unfair part is that they dont forget to derbit they even remind you that you must keep enough money so your debit cannot bounce. When you need them you phoned them more than two hour's you're put on hold. Why must we suffer when we are expecting life to be easy with the insurance but it's the other way round.
