Poor service

I've been sending emails to mpho no respond. I did a claim on the 17th June 2021 for my car repairs till today they didnt do anything, even an AR I paid for it myself n send it to them but still nothing has been done. Every time when I call I found different person and they're telling me about mpho who's not responding to his emails. My ref no is ***
